French as a Second Language (FSL) courses

Private (or semi-private) meetings on Zoom to help you achieve your desired language profile. Sessions are targeted to the components of the Public Service Commission of Canada's (PSC) second language tests: reading comprehension, written expression, and oral expression.

​Have you already achieved your target language profile, or are you close to it? Are you just lacking a little practice or confidence? We'd be happy to assist you, even for a few targeted sessions.

Personalized initial assessment (diagnosis) to determine your level and needs. Assessment of comprehension and expression, oral and written. Identification of gaps with the target linguistic profile (A, B or C) and progression plan adapted to your pace and professional objectives.

Workshops targeted according to the sections of the test 🚧 in development.

Oral expression – Mock interviews and public speaking (response practice, interview simulation, techniques).

Written expression – Grammar and clarity (syntax and grammar, practice exercises, techniques).

Reading Comprehension – Reading Strategies (speed and efficient reading technique, test practice, quizzes and strategies).

Whether for the simple pleasure of learning, to prepare for a future trip or to broaden your horizons, French as a second language courses will soon be offered at 5 proficiency levels.
